Sam stepped up in the 3rd hand and floored a 15 spare to give him a 9 pin lead into the 4th hand.   Jamie stepped up in the fourth hand and floored an 11 spare to see him going level into the 5th hand.    Jamie scored 8 and Sam 6 so Sam 2 pins down going into the last hand.    Jamie continued to skittle well and was through to the next round 44 to 34

Brad floored a spare in the second hand but failed to hit with his 3rd ball however it gave him a 1 pin lead into the 3rd hand.    Tony took the lead after 3 hands taking 2 pins into the 4th.   Brad floored an 11 spare in the 5th hand leaving Tony needing a 7 to level - Tony scored 6 so Tony 1 pin down going into the last hand.    Brad scored 8 and Tony 6 so Brad through 44 to 41
