Both players feeling the nerves to start with Hayley scoring 5 after 2 hands and Elisha just 3.   Hayley scored 7 and Elisha failed to score so was 9 pins down going into the second half.    Elisha just could not find her touch and was going into the 5th hand 17 pins down.   Elisha found her touch in the 5th hand and pulled back 5 pins but still 12 pins down going into the last.   Hayley scored 3 and Elisha a 7 but not enough to get her into the semi finals so Hayley forging ahead.

Just two pins in it after 3 hands with Elaine being the one ahead.    Both players scored 6 in the 4th hand.   Elaine scored 8 to give her 35 going into the last and Lyn answered with a 12 spare to give her a 2 pin lead into the last.    Both players scored 7 .....so Lyn through to the semi finals.

Both players had a slow start and then picked up in the second half and were both level on 9 going into the 3rd hand….so it remained with both players scoring 3.    Sheila scored 3 in the 4th and Helen answered with 9 to give her a 6 pin lead into the 5th.   Going into the last hand Helen was 4 pins up.     Sheila failed to score in the last hand so Helen through with 32 to 22.

Another game with both players on 8 going into the 3rd.   Maggie scored just 3 and Rachel took advantage and pulled 3 pins to go into the lead into the second half.   Rachel pulled a further 2 pins in the 4th.    Both players scored 7 in the last two hands so Rachel through with 29 to 24.

Rich skittled well and was going into the second half with 22 against Rob's 19.    Rich scored a 9 in the 5th hand and was going into the last hand 8 pins to the good.    Rob pulled back pins in the last hand but not enough to get him through to the semi finals.

John scored just 3 in the 3rd so was going into the second half with 17.    Steve floored a 13 spare to give him an 8 pin lead into the 4th hand.   Going into the last hand John had 32 and Steve 37.     Both players scored 7 in the last so Steve going through 44 to 39.

Lee scored a 9 spare in the first hand which was enough to give him a 7 pin lead into the second.   Lee scored just 3 in the second but Sam failed to take advantage and was 10 pins down going into the 3rd hand.    Sam picked up a pin in he 3rd but was 9 pins down going into the 4th.   Lee floored a 14 spare to give him a 25 pin lead into the last hand.     It was too big a task for Sam and he bowed out for this year 21 to 45.

Darren opened his account with a 16 spare so leaving Steve with it all to do.    Both players scored 8 in the second so Steve going into the 3rd hand 12 pins down.   Going into the 5th hand Darren was taking a 15 pin lead.    Darren was going into the last hand with 46  and although Steve pulled pins in the last two hands Darren proved uncatchable and was through to the semi finals.

Hayley took a 2 pin lead into the 2nd..   At halfway stage Lyn was trailing by 12 pins.  Lyn lost her touch in the 3rd and 4th hands and failed to score so was 21 pins down going into the 5th.    Hayley was going into the last hand with 36 and Lyn with 16.

Both players in a slow start with Helen taking a 3 pin lead into the second hand.   Helen failed to score in the second and Rachel took advantage and scored 7 so was now 4 pins ahead into the second half.    I think nerves got to Helen and she was going into the second half with just 3 and Rachel extended her lead to 8 pins.   Helen scored 4 in the 4th hand and Rachel answered with 4 also.    Helen found her touch in the 5th hand and scored 7 and Rachel answered with

Both players on 13 after two hands.   Rich scored 9 and Steve an 8 so 1 pin down going into the second half…..all to play for.   Both players scored 6 in the 4th hand so still just 1 pin in it.    Rich scored 4 and Steve a 6 to now go into the lead by 1 pin to the last hand.   Both players scored 9 so Steve through to the Final

Lee only scored 1 in his second go and was now 4 pins down going into the 3rd hand.    Darren floored a 14 spare in the 3rd hand to give him an 11 pin lead into the second half.     Darren continued to pull ins and was 14 pins up going into the 5th.   Darren continued to score enough to go through 48 to 35.

Hayley opened with a 6 and Rachel answered with 7, Hayley scored just 1 in the second hand giving Rachel the chance to go ahead which she did with a 5 to go 5 pins ahead into the 3rd hand.    Hayley scored 4 in the 3rd and Rachel 4….   Rachel scored 7 in the 4th and Rachel a 7 also.      Going into the last hand Hayley had 22 and Rachel 27.    Hayley scored 5 for 27 and Rachel  also 5 to become our 2018 champion.

Both players started with a 2.     Steve then scored 5 and Darren answered with 7 to go two pins ahead.    Steve scored 8 and Darren a 7 so now just 1 pin ahead.    Steve floored a 13 spare in the 4th hand Darren almost there but ended with a 7 and now 5 pins down going into the 5th hand.    Steve scored 8 and Darren 5 and Steve now 8 pin up going into the last hand.     Steve scored 2  leaving Darren needing a spare which was not to be  he scored 6 and Steve became 2018 Champion.
