| Suffolk Ladies won the toss and elected to set. Hiccups took a 4 pin lead on the first hand. At the halfway stage Hiccups were just 1 pin up on the game. Val of the Suffolk floored an 11 spare to give them a 26 hand, Hiccups answered with 22 leaving the Suffolk Ladies 3 pins ahead going into the 5th hand and so it remained going into the last hand. | Both sides skittling well but at the halfway stage the Suffolk Ladies took a 6 pin lead on this leg. Suffolk Ladies suffered a bad 4th leg of just 13 giving the hiccups a chance to catch up - this they did scoring 21 to give them a lead of 2 pins on this leg (6 pins down overall on the game). Hiccups then had a 14 5th hand with the Suffolk scoring 24 to put them 8 pins ahead on this leg. Emma of the Suffolk floored a 13 spare in the last hand to give them a 27 hand and the Hiccups scored 23 so Suffolk ladies took a 12 pin lead forward giving them an overall lead of 20. | |||||||||||||||
